First opened in California in 1954, the restaurant chain of authentic Mexican menus has expanded to many countries.
Their wide-ranging repertoire boasts of a variety of local flavors loved in the land of the sun, Mexico, such as "guacamole," an appetizer based on fresh avocado and assembled right in front of you, and "enchiladas,"　a main dish with spicy salsa as the key ingredient.

The signature dish, popular to customers of all walks of life, is the "fajitas," which consist of meat, shrimp, scallops, and other ingredients grilled on a griddle and wrapped in tortillas with seasonings.
The freshly grilled tortillas can be refilled at any time, and in addition to the great value and taste, the performance of the "cuatro fajitas" flambéed at the tableside before serving is also worth a try.
