Jolly Pasta specializes in pasta with al dente textures, freshly boiled by order. Their original spaghetti is made from a blend of several brand-name flours with different flavors. In addition to spaghetti, they offer a wide variety of noodles, including penne, fettuccine, and 50% less-carb noodles.

In addition to the 3 familiar pasta sauces (tomato, cream, and meat bolognese), they also offer a lineup of about 50 different types of pasta, including peperoncino (with olive oil, garlic, and chili peppers), and Japanese-style pasta (with soy-based sauce). Kids menus with a drink bar, as well as unique menus, such as the super-spicy arrabbiata with twice the spiciness, soup pasta, and a dish topped with melted cheese, are also available.
