Tokiwa Foods produces Soy products such as Natto using 100% Japanese soy beans. To produce safe and tasty products, they collaborate with farmers around Japan to manufacture various products.

Products include “Handmade Natto” made with old-school manufacturing methods. The “Tokachi no Ibuki” (Breath of Tokachi) series uses soy beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido. There are tens of Natto products alone.

Also on sale is “Tempe”, an Indonesian fermented food product that is said to be healthy. They are fermented beans like natto, but without the stickiness, making it easier to eat and cook. The shop will instruct visitors how to cook Tempe; they can even enjoy Tempe ice cream.
