The interior, reflecting Kyoto's aesthetic, features a calming design reminiscent of a kappo (Japanese-style fine dining) restaurant with a base of white wood, providing a serene dining experience.

You can choose from four different beef cuts: premium Wagyu sirloin, beef loin, beef fillet, and thick-cut beef tongue. The standard katsu set comes with rice, red miso soup, and cabbage.

The beef cutlet is prepared medium-rare to maximize its flavor. The fine breading locks in the meat juices, and the frying time is precisely adjusted for each cut to achieve a crispy exterior and juicy interior. Additionally, you can further enhance the flavor by searing it on a tabletop iron plate.
