Located near the summit station of the "Gifu Kinkazan Ropeway," which connects Gifu Park and Gifu Castle atop Mount Kinka, this restaurant offers panoramic views of Gifu city from its seats. The "Nobunaga Terrace," an open-air dining space, is particularly popular. The restaurant also operates at night during the ropeway's night service period, allowing guests to enjoy their meals against the backdrop of a beautiful night view.

The cuisine, mainly featuring local ingredients like Hida beef and branded pork from Gifu Prefecture, is predominantly handmade and authentic. Not only the main ingredients but also the miso, soy sauce, and other seasonings used are largely sourced locally, showcasing the culinary delights of Gifu.

Among the menu items inspired by Gifu's connection to the Sengoku period warlords is the "Nobunaga Dote Don," a dish of beef sinew and pork offal simmered in local miso. There's also a wide range of sweets, including waffles made with Gifu Prefecture strawberries and a set with Japanese black tea from a long-established tea garden.
