Located on the north bank of the Nagara River, this high-class and atmospheric ryotei is housed in a building with over 90 years of history, originally an inn. The two-story wooden structure, featuring Japanese architectural elements such as engawa (verandas) and railings, offers a pure Japanese ambiance. From every room in the ryotei, opening the shoji (paper doors) reveals a view of the Nagara River and Mount Kinka, making it an ideal location for entertaining guests or celebrating special occasions.

The large rooms "Matsu & Take no Ma" and "Keyaki no Ma" follow a tatami-matted Japanese room style, whereas "Ichi-no-Ma" is designed in a more modern Japanese style with carpeted floors and table seating, offering a comfortable dining experience.

The cuisine mainly consists of kaiseki and set meals featuring Gifu specialties like Hida beef and ayu (sweetfish) from the Nagara River. Seasonal offerings include pot dishes like local chicken hotpot. A popular a la carte dish is the "Signature Kamameshi," a rice dish cooked in a pot with whole sweetfish, rich in broth flavor.
