Founded by a chicken wholesaler, the restaurant exclusively uses its own premium-brand chicken, "Hanamidori," which is carefully raised in fresh air, abundant sunlight, and fed specially-formulated feed, resulting in tender, flavorful meat without any unpleasant odors.
