Located in Chofu City, Tokyo—just 20 minutes from Shinjuku by express train— KEIOKAKU Velodrome was established in 1949 and is commonly known as “TOKYO OVAL KEIOKAKU.” There are 43 velodromes across Japan, and this is one of the two located within Tokyo.

The track has a circumference of 400 meters, with a 51.5-meter designated straightaway. It is a standard velodrome with no notable quirks, although the banking is relatively gentle and tends to widen outward. The facility is also equipped with advanced lighting system designed through meticulous simulations, making it one of the brightest venues in Japan and capable of hosting nighttime KEIRIN races. This velodrome also serves as the home track of Hiroko Ishii, the first rider in Girls KEIRIN history to achieve 600 career wins.

Each October, it hosts the commemorative “Gold Cup Race (G III).” The venue offers a range of seating options—from free admission areas to paid seats where spectators can relax and enjoy the races in comfort.
