Yes, duty-free procedures are available at the B1 duty-free counter. Please bring the items purchased at eligible shops, your purchase receipts, passport, and payment card to the counter.
This is also the only designated store in Shibuya where duty-free procedures can be processed with a Diplomat Tax Exemption Card.
