Taco rice consists of classic taco fillings such as seasoned ground meat, lettuce, tomato, and cheese served over rice, a dish born right here in Okinawa.

Originally founded in Onna Village, Taco Rice Café Kijimuna now operates seven locations across the prefecture and remains a local favorite. Alongside their classic taco rice topped with irresistible spicy salsa, the must-try menu item is the Omutaco-a taco rice topped with a fluffy, creamy omelet. Their seasoned ground meat, made with a special blend of spices, comes in five flavors: mild, medium, curry, chili beans, and chili beans & meat. With toppings like bacon, mozzarella cheese, and avocado, you can customize your bowl to your liking.
