Uogashi Shokudo Chuo Ichiba

Located inside the Kanazawa City Central Wholesale Market, Uogashi Shokudo Chuo Ichiba is one of three branches operated by this popular eatery. Fresh seafood delivered straight from the market is served in bold, generous portions, and the restaurant is especially lively at lunchtime with regulars.

The menu centers on seafood bowls made with local fish, simmered and grilled fish dishes, and unagi rice bowls. Rice is cooked using Ishikawa Prefecture’s premium brand, Hyakumangoku.
