Hiroshima Station Building Minamoa
A large-scale commercial complex at Hiroshima Station, designed around the concept of an “all-café” building.
On March 24, 2025, this large-scale commercial complex directly connected to Hiroshima Station opened on the former site of ASSE, the old station building that closed about five years earlier. Alongside the existing in-station facility ekie, the new station building minamoa has joined Hiroshima Station, bringing together around 220 shops across ten floors, from basement level 1 to the 9th floor above ground.
Inside, visitors will find a carefully curated lineup of lifestyle goods, cosmetics, and sweets, including more than 60 brands making their first appearance in the Chugoku-Shikoku region. Built around the key concept of an “all-café” building, cafés are located on every floor, creating spaces where everyone can relax and spend time in their own way. Highlights include a soaring atrium, minamoa DINING-one of the largest dining floors in the Chugoku-Shikoku area, lined with well-known eateries-the MOVIX Hiroshima Station cinema complex, and the greenery-filled rooftop Soramore Plaza.
In addition, floors 7 through 21 on the west side house Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Gate, offering 380 guest rooms. From shopping and dining to accommodation, everything can be enjoyed within a single building, making it a new landmark for Hiroshima.
