It’s way more spectacular in person than in photos. It’s hard to capture that vibe on a phone.
There were fewer people than at other popular “snow monster” spots, which was a big plus.

One of the most iconic scenic spots in Kochi Prefecture.
Besides the beautiful ocean views, you can also check out the Ryoma Memorial Museum and the aquarium. Watching the sunset from the mountain nearby in the evening is fantastic. -
The shrine's architecture is really beautiful, especially the huge torii gate and the massive sacred rope. It's also said to be the most effective place to pray for good relationships.

As the oldest of Japan's 12 original castle towers and a designated national treasure, this wooden structure has been amazingly well preserved. Climbing the steep stairs with ropes is quite a thrilling experience!

This department store is in a prime location and feels super high-end. They sell top-notch brands and have some fancy restaurants, too.

The room is really well-designed, and everything is MUJI! The sixth floor connects directly to the MUJI store, and you can buy fresh veggies on the first floor. Super convenient and a great place to shop around.
