HUIS TEN BOSCH

This is the largest theme park in Japan, with beautiful European-like cityscapes and a canal that leads to the sea. The park is decorated with seasonal flowers and illuminations and has a wide range of the latest attractions. The park is also filled with excitement and a moving experience through a variety of events.

MOMO Terrace

Located in Kyoto’s Fushimi Ward-home to popular attractions like Fushimi Inari Shrine and Fushimi Momoyama Castle-MOMO Terrace is a large shopping mall beloved by locals and visitors alike. Fushimi is the most populous ward in Kyoto, and the mall caters to a wide range of age groups from the surrounding community.

Kinokuniya Books Shinjuku Main Store

Standing along Shinjuku Dori, at the East Exit of Shinjuku Station, is Kinokuniya, a major bookseller. Since its establishment in 1927, it has been a mainstay of Shinjuku, supporting its development in shopping. Completed in 1964, the current Kinokuniya Building wash chosen as a building of historical value by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in 2017.

[Closed Down]Khaosan World Ryogoku Hostel

In 2017, the "Khaosan World Ryogoku Hostel" hostel opened in Tokyo. The nearest station is Ryogoku Station, where both the TOEI Oedo Line and JR Sobu Main Line pass through. The Ryogoku Kokugikan, famous for its sumo tournaments, is also within walking distance. Both dormitory beds and private rooms are available, and up to 10 people can stay in a private room.

Kochi Castle

Kochi Castle was built by Yamauchi Kazutoyo, the first feudal lord of the Tosa domain. It was first built in 1601 after ten years of construction, and unfortunately lost to a fire in 1727. The castle you see today was reconstructed in 1753. Kochi Castle is one of 12 since the Edo Period that still has its original castle tower, and is the only one that keeps both its original castle tower and main Honmaru Palace hall. The entire 15 buildings across its grounds are registered as a National Important Cultural Asset.

Yoro Valley

This valley was formed by the Yoro River and sits at the very center of the Boso Peninsula in Chiba Prefecture. Located just 2 hours from Tokyo, this lush, nature escape in Chiba is also home to many different hot springs. The climate is generally mild, making it a great hiking destination in winter, and also earning the title “the latest autumn leaves in Kanto”, as they come into full color from late November to early December.

Kirishima Jingu Shrine

Kirishima-Jingu is a shrine that represents southern Kyushu. Founded in the 6th century, it boasts a deep and ancient history. Kirishima-Jingu was transferred to its present location over 500 years ago, after repeatedly burning down and being rebuilt due to Mt. Kirishima’s eruptions. This shrine worships Ninigi-no-Mikoto of Japan’s founding myth.
