Takonotetsu Kakuda Branch
Popular among enthusiasts, here you can cook and savor Osaka's specialty, "takoyaki." Once you order from the takoyaki menu, a batter made of dashi and wheat flour along with various ingredients will be brought to your table. Pour some oil onto the griddle installed at each table, pour in the batter, and flip the takoyaki once they're golden brown.
This is a restaurant where you can DIY and make your own takoyaki. So much fun!
Menfudo Limestone Cave
Located in the Dorogawa district of Tenkawa Village, Nara Prefecture, known as a sky-high sanctuary, this limestone cave spreads across a highland at an altitude of 878 meters. Discovered in 1933 (Showa 8), it took five years to excavate. It's the largest in the Kansai region, where limestone caves are rare, and is designated as a natural monument by the prefecture.
There are several sacred limestone caves here that blend local customs, nature, and Shugendo practices. It's cool and refreshing—definitely a healing experience. You should really check it out.
Kahitsukan · Kyoto Museum of Contemporary Art
Opened in 1981, this private art museum is located in the vibrant Gion area near Yasaka Shrine, offering a space to appreciate modern and contemporary art. The name "Kahitsukan" derives from the desire to maintain a free spirit that questions established theories in art and scholarship, asking "Why necessarily?"

Vantelin Dome Nagoya
Vantelin Dome Nagoya, opened in 1997, is the home stadium of the professional baseball team Chunichi Dragons. With a maximum seating capacity of 50,667 people (as of April 1, 2023), it's a six-story high large dome stadium. Hosting not only baseball but also various sports events, concerts, and exhibitions, it attracts people from all over the country.
They have baseball games, concerts, exhibitions, and all kinds of sports events here. People really love this place! 🤩
Yokiso
Built between the Taisho and early Showa periods by Yumin Ito Jirozaemon-Suketami, the first president of Matsuzakaya, a famous department store in Nagoya, this villa stands as a testament to the era's affluent lifestyle. Constructed on the hills of Kakouzan, Youki-so is a representative suburban villa of modern Nagoya. Five of its buildings are designated as tangible cultural properties by the city of Nagoya.
The buildings in the North Garden have a northern-style garden, and you can even join a guided tour.
Hakodate Orthodox Church

This is a great example of Western-style architecture in Hakodate. It’s now designated as an important cultural property.
Tachimachi Cape
Tachimachi Cape, jutting out to the southeast of Mount Hakodate and facing the Tsugaru Strait, features a dramatic landscape with a 30-meter-high sheer cliff, surrounded by the sea. This scenic spot offers stunning views, including the opposite Shimokita Peninsula on clear days, and a panoramic vista of Hakodate's cityscape.

Takuboku Park
Located in Hakodate's Ohmori Beach area, Takuboku Park offers splendid views of the sea and Mount Hakodate. This quaint park, though small, is a prime spot for witnessing stunning sunsets and fishing lights and is adorned with blooming rugosa roses.
This coastline faces the Tsugaru Strait, and you can see Mount Hakodate and even the Shimokita Peninsula in Aomori from here... It’s just beautiful! ❤️
Miura Ayako Literature Museum
Located in the native city of Asahikawa, Hokkaido, of the author Miura Ayako, the museum chronicles her literary works and life's journey. Known for her seminal work "Freezing Point," the museum is situated amidst the exotic arboretum that also served as a setting for the story. The building's distinctive dodecahedral structure allows visitors to immerse themselves in the quiet surroundings and the world of her writings.
