The White Road is a scenic drive inside Hakusan National Park~ It connects to the historic city in Ishikawa Prefecture, and the views are really beautiful.

You can take the shuttle bus from the ryokan and easily reach Okukinu Onsen, which is surrounded by untouched forests. Highly recommended!

You can enjoy beautiful river views from the bridge. It's really unique!

You can actually go all the way up to the roof inside some of the houses here. Some of the buildings date back to the 18th century. I definitely recommend visiting!

I finally made it to this once-in-a-lifetime hidden paradise—Shirakawa-go.

Located near Matsudo Station, this hot spring facility left a strong impression on me. It's built in a style that imitates later Japanese architecture.

The inside of the restaurant is spacious and bright, and the refined Japanese dishes are just delightful. I really enjoyed it here!

The most striking scene for me was seeing Murasaki and Hikaru Genji sitting on either side. That image really stuck with me!

Walking along the forest path to this peaceful shrine, I felt completely recharged!
