Satsukiyama Park
The 315m-tall Mt. Satsuki is Ikeda City's symbol. Ina River runs along the foot of the mountain and has a nice driveway leading to the Satsukiyama Park on this mountain, which is a familiar oasis with leisure facilities to Ikeda’s residents.
Satsukiyama Park—From the foot to the mid-slope of the 315.3-meter-high mountain, it's one of the best places to see cherry blossoms, azaleas, and autumn leaves! 👍
Kema Sakuranomiya Park
"Kema Sakuranomiya Park", located on both banks of the Okawa River that flows through the center of Osaka City, is a riverside park with a total length of 4.2 km developed in the area from the Kema Araizeki (overflow weir) at the junction with the Yodo River to Tenmabashi Bridge downstream.
Kema Sakuranomiya Park in Osaka—cherry blossoms in full bloom along the river, with 4,800 trees! It's absolutely gorgeous~~
Meiji Jingu Museum
The Meiji Jingu Museum, which stands quietly on the approach in the Meiji Jingu precinct, lined with giant trees, opened in 2019 as a memorial service for the 100th anniversary of Meiji Jingu establishment. The museum preserves and exhibits items related to Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken, the deities of Meiji Jingu Shrine.
The Meiji Jingu Museum has a lot of different artifacts and historical items on display. You can learn about the history of Meiji Jingu and see some really interesting exhibits.
The Kyu-Shibuyagawa Yuho-Doro (Cat Street)
A promenade on a back street, one street off the main street, connects Shibuya and Harajuku. Part of the "Kyu-Shibuyagawa Yuho-Doro" starting near the Jingumae police box is known as "Cat Street," where many popular stores, especially among young people, are located. There are various theories about the origin of the street name, such as "because there are many cats" or "because it is as narrow as a cat's forehead” etc...
After stopping by KOI Thé, you can spot Cat Street. You can start exploring from 2nd Street all the way to Shibuya. There are lots of sports brands, military jackets, and other unique fashion styles along the way. Love it!
Nihonbashi
Nihonbashi is located in the northern part of Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The name "Nihonbashi" comes from the bridge built across a canal in 1603, and the year Tokugawa Ieyasu established the Edo shogunate.
Nihonbashi flourished as the center of development during the Edo period. The old streets are full of stories, and you can really feel the mix of old and new cultures in Tokyo here.
