「鹿之舟」被称为奈良的观光据点,是位于奈良市的观光复合设施。而提供灶炉煮饭体验的「灶」就是「鹿之舟」内的一家餐厅。在这家餐厅能品尝到使用奈良当地食材的日本家庭料理。 「灶」不仅以朴实无华,却又不失精致优雅的料理博得人心,更吸引客人味蕾的是使用日本传统灶台灶炉煮出的香喷喷的白饭。
餐厅的主角灶炉是由奈良县宇陀市的职人亲手打造。据说现在从事制作灶炉的职人越来越少了。
灶炉煮饭体验活动大约开始于两年前。负责指导的是餐厅职员山下瞳女士。活动开始之前,山下瞳女士将为各位参加体验的客人仔细讲解煮饭的具体步骤。

使用的稻米是奈良县生产的「日之光」 。从2012年到2015年连续四年荣获「稻米食味排名」A等级奖
使用扁柏的木柴生火。由于扁柏易于燃烧,因此被称为「火之木」
使用叫做吹子(日文:ふいご)的竹筒送风以增强火力!顺便一提,之后会将柴火的灰烬撒到稻田里做肥料
用Kamado煮出的白饭晶莹剔透,颗粒分明。而且湿润中带有嚼劲非常好吃

I liked building the fire, and stoking the fire, and then being taught how to make the onigiri by hand.
Being so involved with the process of making onigiri was wonderful. It's extra special when you make something that's unique to you. And even better when you get to eat it at the end. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was delicious!
A very simple but down to earth unique experience. The rice was delicious and would definitely recommend to anyone who is spending time in Nara and wants to try something a little different. Our guide was very enthusiastic about her job which was extremely refreshing.
This is a pleasant experience for almost any foreign tourists, especially because it includes a light meal in the price.
