A Lunch Set Menu Overflowing with Originality Awaits You at NAMIKI667 in Ginza!
NAMIKI667 is a restaurant located on the third floor of the Hyatt Centric Hotel. It gets its name from namiki, the line of trees along Ginza Namiki Dori in front of the hotel. Using the freshest seasonal ingredients, "creative cooking", overflowing with originality, can be eaten here. I visited this place for lunch.
In the great, open atrium, terrace seating offers diners views of Ginza Namiki Dori's trees. There are also private rooms available. This seems like a good place to hold a party.
The Menu
The Lunch Set is ¥4,800 (excluding tax, with an additional service charge).
It comes with a salad, main dish and dessert. That's what I decided to eat this time!
The menu also features a Wagyu beef Hamburg steak and pork cutlet sandwiches. There is a wide selection of parfaits and cakes for dessert, too.

The Salad
On top of the salad, an avocado was placed in the middle. The dressing was so delicious!

As it was poured right in front of me, a wonderful aroma floated through the air.
The Boneless beef ribs simmered in wine
For the main dish, diners may choose between meat and fish, so I chose meat.
It was a dish of boneless beef ribs simmered in wine.
For a slightly Japanese flavor, miso was used to season the beef. Mashed potatoes came with it.
The Red Wine
To complement the beef, I was served an Australian red wine.
The Dessert
The dessert was a Japanese-style matcha chiffon cake served with matcha ice cream and Azuki (sweet red) beans.
The After-Lunch Coffee
