Shiroi Koibito ("White Lover" in English) is a type of langue de chat cookie with an established name as a souvenir of Hokkaido. ISHIYA Seika, the company that manufactures it, also operates a theme park dedicated to sweets. Along with delicious sweets, visitors can enjoy the rose garden where its namesake flowers proudly bloom.
