While inheriting the traditions of the popular ramen restaurant Menya Musashi, they offer innovative ramen you cannot experience anywhere else. This tsukemen restaurant serves the soup and noodles in separate bowels.
You can choose from two types of soup: a basic soup made from chicken and pork with crabs and dried sardines, and a rich soup which is the basic soup seasoned with bonito flakes. You can also choose from black (deluxe red bean paste with soy sauce), red (deluxe red bean paste with salty miso), and white (without red bean paste) variants.
They are proud of their springy noodles and their fresh, tender roasted pork fillets.
