I didn't know you had to buy an extra ticket to go up to the rooftop. Also, I wasn't too happy with the staff's attitude.

Located right in the city center, this is the best spot to enjoy Tokyo's night view. The rooftop is open with no obstructions, so you can take amazing photos.

Out of all the observation decks in Tokyo where you can see the night view, I personally think Roppongi has the most beautiful one. You get a full 360-degree view, and it's open until 1 a.m., so you can really enjoy Tokyo's nightlife.
