Yumekaze Plaza in front of Todaiji Temple Gate

This is a facility consisting of restaurants and retail stores in Nara Park known for its wild deer. It is located in front of Todaiji Temple, famous for the Great Buddha within a walking distance from World Heritage Sites such as Kasuga Taisha Shrine, Mt. Kasuga Primeval Forest, Kofukuji Temple, and Nara National Museum, making it the perfect place to stop by during sightseeing.

Under the concept of "Nara, sharing food, life, and culture," 11 stores, including cafes, restaurants, souvenir stores, and traditional craft stores, are lined up. There are many stores that sell Nara's famous gourmet food and Nara's specialties, such as "Daibutsu Pudding" made with generous Yamato tea, "Kakinoha-zushi" (sushi) made with vinegared rice topped with sea bream or salmon and wrapped in persimmon leaves, sweets made with Yoshino kuzu, local vegetables, linen bags, book covers, and more.

From the promenade leading to Todaiji Temple, you can see the seasonal scenery of Nara, including Mt. Wakakusa. It is a place that connects local people and tourists.
