Opened in 2014, the 300-meter-high skyscraper is a mix-use complex building. From the two basement floors to the 14th level you’ll find Kintetsu Department Store (Main Store Abeno Harukas) and the Abeno Harukas Dining restaurant floors.

The 16th floor is home to the Abeno Harukas Art Museum, where you’ll find a colorful lineup of art exhibits. The Osaka Marriot Miyako Hotel occupies floors 19, 20, 38-55 and 57. On the 19th floor the open kitchen COOKA is serving up seasonal vegetables, seafood, meat dishes and more, all paired with breathtaking views from 100 meters up in the air.

The observation deck, Harukas 300, is located across the 58th, 59th and 60th floors. The deck is accessible by the 16th floor admission gate where a dedicated elevator will bring you to the 60th floor where breathtaking views, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sense of walking on air await you in this panoramic space. On clear days you can see from Kyoto to Mt. Rokko, from the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge to Awaji Island, Mt. Ikoma and more.

On the 58th floor sits a wooden deck area called the “Sky Garden”, where a number of miscellaneous events are held. Inside the shop area there’s also a café/dining bar called “Sky Garden 300”, serving food, alcoholic drinks and even a tasteful dinner menu to enjoy along with resplendent views of the glittering night sky.

There is also a popular "Heliport Tour" where you can visit the heliport located on the roof of Abeno Harukas. Feel the wind blowing through from 300 meters above ground while enjoying an unobstructed 360-degree view.

As expected from the tallest building in the Kansai region! The 360-degree view is incredible—you can see the whole city clearly.

  • It's super convenient since you can get to the building directly from the station. The observation deck entrance is on the 16th floor, and then you take a high-speed elevator straight up to the 60th floor.

You can have coffee at the observation deck, and there are lots of great spots for photos. Once you're in, there's no time limit, so you can stay as long as you like.

  • The night view is absolutely beautiful. Looking out over every corner of the city is really special.

  • Besides the observation deck with great views, there are also restaurants and a department store to explore.
