After the original store opened in 2015 at Naha City, Okinawa, there are currently 25 stores in Okinawa and 70 in Japan. As Japan’s finest steak chain, a thick, juicy steak is prepared at the store, and grilled with lava rock from Mt. Fuji. With the power of infrared, the steak is crispy outside, and juicy inside. Any excess grease is absorbed by the lava rock. The steak is filling, yet easy to digest.

The most popular menu is the “Yappari Steak” using tenderloin with a recipe unchanged since 2015. It is thick, yet unbelievably soft and juicy, allowing you to enjoy the taste of beef as it is. The filet steak tastes amazing, and the lamp red meat steak is an example of various steak types. Each entree features salad, soup, and unlimited rice. It is worth the price.
