This restaurant specializes in yakiniku (grilled meat) and hormone meat from Agu pork, an Okinawan brand of pork with a distinctive sweet taste. The restaurant offers thick tongue, loin, belly, filet, thigh, and more. More than 15 kinds of carefully pre-processed hormones, including rare parts, are offered daily. The prized Agu pork is mainly "Kin Agu" produced in Kinmu Town, Okinawa Prefecture. It is rare in Okinawa to be able to taste "Kin Agu" hormone.
The signature menu item is the "Today's Omakase Course". It is a great deal that includes two types of meat and two types of hormone, assorted kimchi, spicy miso cabbage, and egg soup. After tasting the entire menu with this course, it is recommended to add meat or parts of meat of your choice. The "Negi-Shio Tan Maru," which is a whole Agu pork tongue served boldly, will surprise you with its concentrated flavor and tenderness. If you are in a group, be sure to try the "Mega Horumon," which contains 1 kg of mixed hormone from various parts of the pig.
