Owned by the comedian Hiroyuki Miyasako, his friend and YouTuber Hikaru promotes this shop, making it a trending Yakiniku restaurant far before opening. Ever since opening in March 2022 at the Shibuya red light district, its high quality menu and trendiness with celebrities endorsing the restaurant made it popular as “Japan’s most trending restaurant”.
Wagyu and Hybrid beef picked by craftsmen is being served. The beef plus Mr. Miyasako’s innovative salt-based sauce makes popular menus such as “Popular Kiwami Tongue with Salt Sauce”, and “Miyasako Skirt Steak with Salt Sauce”. They are tasty, prompting visitors to repeat it more than once. Vegetables and rice are purchased from experienced buyers and contract farmers from across Japan. Plenty of side menus such as Garlic Rice and Sudachi Cold Noodles are served.
