The restaurant offers one-of-a-kind cuisine that combines traditional Japanese cuisine passed down from generation to generation with a variety of cooking methods and ingredients that are in tune with the times.
The weekday lunch kaiseki "Hōshu" is a luxurious and reasonably priced dish that includes colorful appetizers, steamed dishes, and sweet dishes. Dinner kaiseki courses are available from "Onko Chishin", which makes full use of ingredients from each of the four seasons. In addition to the standard course, many gorgeous plans are available, such as the plan with a celebratory sea bream and the plan with a sparkling toast, which are perfect for a meeting between two families or for an anniversary. The restaurant also has a reputation for its luxurious courses that are suitable for special occasions and make full use of such sumptuous ingredients as Pacific bluefin tuna, snow crab, and Kobe beef.
The restaurant, based on Japanese modern chic and full of a sense of luxury, is equipped with a total of 10 private rooms of various sizes.
