Restaurant & Café Ichiroku Saryo

Ichiroku Saryo is the 2nd floor café and restaurant at Ichiroku Honpo where you can taste Ichiroku Tarts, the brand’s acclaimed signature sweet, as well as other sweets and tasty plates.

This spot is all the buzz thanks to the Ichiroku Tart Tempura, the famed treat on social media. This crunchy delight is known for pulling off a unique combination of crunchy dessert goodness, thanks to the sponge-wrapped, Ehime Prefecture-made yuzu paste filling, and crispy tempura exterior. Another exclusive sweet at Ichiroku Saryo is SHIRASAGE. This treat is named after the white heron, an iconic legend of Dogo Onsen, in a dessert bite that beautifully embodies the heron landing at the springs via this glass-bound matcha “garden” trifle.
