Meishoku Bigansui is a classic product found in Japanese drugstores. Its retro bottle is instantly recognizable, and many people pick up a bottle to take home when they visit Japan. After using it, I found that applying it to a cotton pad and gently wiping my face after washing felt very refreshing, without being too heavy or sticky.
