I stopped by while touring the hand-dug tunnels of the Boso Peninsula. There’s a walking path along the valley, so it’s a great spot for a stroll!

Yoro Valley in Chiba is a famous spot for autumn leaves. I went with a few friends over the weekend, and it was really beautiful. It's super convenient—just a short drive from Tokyo. Walking along the valley, the air felt especially fresh.

I took the retro Kominato Railway train, and the station I arrived at was pretty small and old. It doesn't seem like a lot of tourists come here, and there aren't many shops or restaurants around. Luckily, I had some snacks with me to keep me going.
