Besides eating wagyu on this trip to Kyoto, we also made special plans to have crab at Gion Gyuzen! The overall dining atmosphere was very comfortable, and as soon as we sat down, we were full of anticipation and ready to feast on crab.
When the crab arrived at the table, the portion looked very tempting. The crab leg meat tasted fresh and sweet. Slowly cracking open the shells and digging out the meat took a little patience, but that’s the most enjoyable part of eating crab!
We could chat while taking our time enjoying the crab, and when we found a part we liked, we could just have a few more bites. The entire meal was very satisfying. For people who love crab, being able to eat seafood by the mouthful like this is truly enjoyable.
