After visiting Izumo Taisha, I came to Miho Shrine. I stayed overnight in Mihonoseki specifically to see the 8:30 a.m. ritual. Miho Shrine is quite small and compact, and the ritual didn't seem as grand as what people online had previously shared, but it was still fine to experience. After all, it's rare to see shrine maidens, and their headdresses were beautiful. People involved in related industries, such as fishing or business, might find the visit more meaningful.

The shrine feels really peaceful, with a solemn yet comfortable atmosphere. Visiting here feels especially lucky. It's super popular for people praying for good fortune or success in fishing! The shrine's architecture is also unique, with a classic, old-fashioned beauty. Walking along the approach path is calming. You can also check out the harbor views nearby. Overall, it's a relaxing spot that's perfect for a leisurely visit.
