Tsugaike Nature Park
A natural park spread across an elevation of Approx. 1,900 meters, home to one of Japan’s leading high moors. Ponds formed on flat land created by the volcanic activity of Mt. Hakuba Norikura, and after plants grew and died, the cold climate prevented them from fully decomposing, causing them to turn into peat over and over again, eventually creating the park over many years.
So fun and beautiful.
