Tokyo Daijingu Shrine
Tokyo Daijingu was founded as a sister shrine in Tokyo to Ise Jingu Shrine, and it’s also known as “Tokyo’s Ise.” It was the location of the first public “shinzen kekkonshiki,” a wedding held at a Shinto shrine, and as such it has become a popular stop for women looking for marriage.
