Meigetsu-in
It’s also known as the Temple of Hydrangeas, and in June around 2,500 hydrangea plants fill the grounds with beautiful blue in full bloom. The pale blue variety that blooms here is known as “Meigetsu-in Blue.”
This is one of the most famous hydrangea temples in Kamakura.
I visited in early November, so there were no hydrangeas, but you can still enjoy a beautiful garden.
In late November, many trees might be colored by autumn leaves, so I’d like to visit again then.
