Through the museum’s many exhibits you can learn about the creative thinking of Momofuku Ando, the founder of Nissin Food products, and inventor of Chicken Ramen, the world’s first instant noodles.
I've eaten instant noodles for years, but I never knew they originated in Japan! You can even make your own cup noodles here. It's such a cool and rewarding experience.
