A large mixed-use complex that stands in the heart of the Tenjin area, Fukuoka’s premier downtown district. It has 19 floors above ground and 4 basement floors, is 97 meters tall, and boasts a gross floor area of about 147,000 square meters. B2F through 5F are commercial floors, featuring new store concepts found only here, flagship stores, and a food zone unique to Fukuoka, a city known for its cuisine. On 5F, Tenjin Fuku Shokudo is an open dining space for people who work in Tenjin and visitors.

Gate City Ohsaki

This is a large complex linked directly to the southern ticket gate of JR Osaki Station. The structure from the basement to the third floor is designed with an atrium, and events such as concerts frequently take place in the square.
