Shosenkyo Gorge
Shosenkyo is located in the northern part of Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and is called "the most beautiful gorge in Japan". You can see granite cliffs, strange rocks and stones carved out over a long period of time, and clear and abundant water flowing.
The incredible natural formations here are just amazing!
Mt. Taikan Observatory
Mt. Taikan is located at an altitude of 1,015 meters on the border between Hakone and Yugawara. The Mt. Taikan Observatory, located at the end of the “Anest Iwata Turnpike Hakone”, a driving course connecting Odawara and Mt. Taikan, is a perfect viewpoint.
From the observatory, you can see both Mt. Fuji and Lake Ashi at the same time. The view is stunning.
Kobe Harborland umie
Kobe Harborland is a popular seaside tourist spot that represents Kobe. Located within this site is a large scale commercial complex “Kobe Harborland umie”.
A relaxing shopping mall with lots of discounted and off-season items. It's a great place to browse.
Mt. Rokko (Rokkosan)
Mt. Rokko (Rokkosan), the prominent peak of the Rokko Mountains, is 931 meters above sea level. With easy access by cable car to the top of the mountain, the mountain is full of various facilities that offer physical activities, romantic nightscapes, and more.
On weekends and holidays, you'll see lots of hiking enthusiasts coming to Mt. Rokko.
