Marukin Soy Sauce has both a warehouse and a factory. Starting from the factory, there are all kinds of diagrams explaining how soy sauce is made. I really learned a lot about the process. It was awesome!

Shodoshima Olive Park was a filming location for Kiki’s Delivery Service! I kept jumping with the magic broom until I looked like I was flying—so funny, and such a memorable spot. Highly recommend visiting!
