Whenever I play too many mobile games, my shoulders and neck get really stiff and my eyes feel super tired. After taking this, I can really feel the difference—my symptoms improved a lot.

Sensoji Temple
This iconic destination in Asakusa sees as many as 30 million visitors each year. It stands as a well-loved mainstay in Tokyo, all while hosting a number of annual traditions like the first temple visit at New Years, Setsubun and more across the year.
One of the most popular temples in Tokyo! Besides the fun shopping at Nakamise Street, you can also take a Sumida River cruise nearby. Or, just hop on a train to Tokyo Skytree for amazing city views. Highly recommend exploring the area!

Music Box & Handicrafts Studio You-kobo
At the Music Box & Handicrafts Studio You-kobo you can try making your own music box by hand. You can decide on the body and tone of your music box, then choose your favorite glass accessories. You can also choose from a variety of songs and decorations for the exterior, so the result is a completely unique one-of-a-kind music box with your favorite song in it!
When I went on a road trip in Hokkaido, I stopped by Otaru to make a music box. The shop has a parking lot in the back, which is super convenient.

Saiko 'Iyashi no sato NENBA'
The Nenba area, once home to rows of thatched-roof buildings, is located along the shore of Lake Saiko, overlooking Mt. Fuji and Aokigahara Forest. However, there was terrible damage from the typhoon of 1966, which destroyed most of the town.
I've visited Shirakawa-go before, and while Saiko Iyashi no sato NENBA is much smaller, it's way less crowded and much more peaceful. You can really enjoy the rustic, quiet atmosphere, and the stunning view of Mt. Fuji is just breathtaking—it's like being in a fairy tale.
