This 300-year-old shop is even mentioned in the rakugo story “Ouji no Kitsune.” The thick egg omelets served here are carefully made with a mix of egg and dashi and cooked made to order by the talented chefs. The ingredients and cooking techniques have been carefully passed down through the generations.
I absolutely love tamagoyaki! After trying it in Japan, I just can't stop thinking about it!

This was so unique! It was my first time trying fugu (pufferfish)!
