The small bridges, flowing water, and willow trees create a picturesque and poetic scene. There are also lots of creative little shops. It's a perfect area for a relaxing stroll.

Kanazawa Hyakumangoku Festival
Started in 1952, the Kanazawa Hyakumangoku Festival is the largest annual event in Kanazawa, commemorating Lord Maeda Toshiie's historic entry into Kanazawa Castle on June 14, 1583, marking the foundation of the city.
The parade was so impressive! Armored samurai, taiko drummers, and traditional dancers—such an amazing spectacle!

HOTEL METROPOLITAN TOKYO MARUNOUCHI
Directly connected to JR Tokyo Station's Nihonbashi Exit via a private elevator to the hotel lobby, this hotel offers unparalleled convenience, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. Located on the 27th to 34th floors of the 35-story Sapia Tower, it boasts spectacular views.
The building has a historic vibe, but the interior is modern and super comfortable.

Togetsukyo Bridge
The bridge was built in the first half of the 9th century during the Heian period (794-1185). It has been washed out many times, but each time it has been rebuilt. It is said that the name was given by Emperor Kameyama in the Kamakura period (1185-1333), as the moon moved across the bridge as if it were crossing over it.
I thought it was a wooden bridge, but when I got closer, I realized it's actually made of reinforced concrete. The Oi River below has shallow, gentle water.
