Northern Horse Park hosts all kinds of events throughout the year, and you can easily interact with the horses. I totally recommend coming here to ride every year!

Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU
Renowned as one of the world’s top destinations for high-quality powder snow, Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU attracts visitors from across the globe.
This place is perfect for beginners and anyone who just wants to take it easy! The snow is super comfortable, and the slopes aren't scary at all. The views are absolutely stunning—you'll find yourself saying 'wow' every time you look up. The lifts are pretty fast, so you don't have to wait forever, and everything is really clean. The restaurants and rest areas nearby are convenient, too. When you get tired from skiing, you can just grab a bite and recharge. Haha.

WAKAYAMA MIO
This shopping center is located directly outside the gates inside JR Wakayama Station. It’s split into the Main Building and North Wing, inside which you’ll find over 70 different shops selling apparel, good eats, Wakayama souvenirs and other ways to kick back.
This is one of the few shopping centers in Wakayama Prefecture, and it's not far from downtown Wakayama, so it's super convenient! 👍

Kumano Hongu Taisha Shrine
Ketsumi-mikono-okami is enshrined here. The shrine was built during the era of Japan’s 10th emperor, Sujin. Designated as a world cultural heritage by UNESCO in 2004.
Kumano Hongu Taisha is considered a sacred place where the gods reside. This place is full of spiritual energy~ and, more importantly, it's also the center of faith here. 🙏
