The Hakone Pirate Sightseeing Cruise is awesome! You get to cruise around Lake Ashinoko, which is surrounded by mountains. From some angles, you can even catch a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. The scenery is gorgeous!

Takumishuku Traditional Hand Craft Arts Center
A facility where visitors can experience the traditional crafts for which Shizuoka City is famous reopened in May 2021. The experience is divided into three workshops: "Bamboo and Dyeing Workshop," "Wood and Lacquer Workshop," and "Fire and Earth Workshop," with a variety of experience plans available. At the "Bamboo and Dyeing Workshop", visitors can try their hand at Suruga Take Sensujizaiku, indigo dyeing, and tea dyeing; at the "Wood and Lacquer Workshop", woodwork and lacquer; and at the "Fire and Clay Workshop", visitors can try their hand at pottery making using an electric potter's wheel and other tools. Visitors can also try their hand at pottery making using an electric potter's wheel at the "Wood and Lacquer Workshop".
At Takumishuku, there's a nice spot called Marutaniya Teahouse where you can try the local specialty, grated yam dishes. You can also visit the nationally designated scenic site, Togetsuho Chaya-dera. It's a really relaxing place.

Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden
Shinjuku Gyoen once stood as an estate of the Naito family, the hereditary vassals of the Tokugawa family in the Edo period before being established as an imperial garden in 1906.
Shinjuku Gyoen in Tokyo is really huge—highly recommend! The cherry blossoms here are absolutely stunning, and the autumn leaves are great too~ Definitely worth a visit.
