Highly recommended! Great spot for families or science lovers. There are interactive exhibits on space, astronomy, and natural science, plus a planetarium where you can watch the stars. Lots of hands-on activities—not just looking at displays, but actually getting involved. It's really fun and educational.

AQUAIGNIS SENDAI
Located in Fujitsuka, Wakabayashi-ku, Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, AQUAIGNIS SENDAI is a comprehensive resort dedicated to gourmet dining and relaxation. The resort features restaurants supervised by some of Japan’s top culinary masters, including renowned Italian chef Yoshimi Hidaka and celebrated Japanese chef Masahiro Kasahara. Each restaurant offers distinctive gourmet experiences, making them highly sought-after dining destinations that often require advance reservations.
This place is gorgeous! The whole area has that minimalist Japanese vibe with a relaxing hot spring resort feel. It's super soothing and peaceful. There’s more than just the hot springs—there are restaurants and dessert shops too. The desserts supervised by Hiroki Tsujiguchi are absolutely delicious and look amazing!

Fukuyama City Zoo
Fukuyama City Zoo, located in Hiroshima Prefecture’s Fukuyama City, sits right beside the scenic Tomiya Pond. Admission is affordable-free for junior high school students and younger, and just 520 yen for visitors aged 15 and up-making it an easy place to visit.
It's a small but cozy zoo. There aren't a ton of animals, but the place is well maintained and very clean. It's not tiring to walk around, so it's perfect for kids. You can get up close to some of the animals, which makes it feel interactive. The ticket price is really reasonable, so it's a fun and budget-friendly place to visit.

Noodles & Shaved Ice: Dogyan
A unique spot near Tanimachi 4-chome Station in Osaka where you can enjoy the unusual pairing of ramen and shaved ice in one visit. The clean, white-themed interior feels calm and welcoming, even for solo female diners. With around 24 seats and plenty of space, you can take your time and savor both a meal and dessert.
The shop has a super distinctive retro vibe. The noodles are nice and springy, and the shaved ice portion is HUGE and so colorful.
I left totally satisfied—perfect for photos and a quick check-in!
