First Avenue Tokyo Station is located outside the ticket gates within JR Tokyo Station. It is easily accessible immediately after exiting any Yaesu-side gate for both Shinkansen and local lines.

Most shops accept major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and JCB, except for some stores.
Please note that credit cards cannot be used at ticket vending machine–based restaurants (such as Tokyo Ramen Street) and some other shops, including McDonald's. For details, please check with each store.
Except for some stores, the following payment methods are accepted:
Transportation IC cards: Suica, PASMO, TOICA, Kitaca, Hayakaken, SUGOCA, ICOCA, nimoca, manaca
Other e-money services: QUICPay, iD, Rakuten Edy, nanaco, WAON
At some locations, such as Tokyo Ramen Street, only transportation IC cards are accepted. Please check individual store pages for details.
Coin lockers are not available at Tokyo Ramen Street, Echigo Soba, Sobadokoro Tamejiro, and gashapon shops.
