About workshops
What are workshops?
They are also recommended at Goodjoba!!, and you can experience manufacturing directly.
Next to being able to experience the manufacturing based on various factory themes such as cars, food, fashion, and stationery, you can also learn more about the quality manufacturing of Goodjoba!!’s partner companies and support companies.
They are held several times a day. The starting times are fixed, so please join them once you have applied for a time that is suitable for you.
How much does it cost to join a workshop?
It costs 300 yen or more per person. Please have your rice vouchers ready. Also, please note that they cannot be used in conjunction with various kinds of passes, such as the One Day Pass.
How long do they take?
They take approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
How can you join a workshop?
You need a numbered ticket to join. Numbered tickets are issued by numbered ticket issuance machines that can be found inside all Goodjoba!! factories, and in front of the workshop spaces. Numbered tickets are issued on a first-come-first-served basis, and the distribution for all workshops will start at the same time the park opens. Once you have received a numbered ticket, please come to the venue before the starting time. When joining, please hand ride vouchers for the number of participants to the staff of the workshop.
Each workshop has a maximum number of participants. Please note that it will no longer be possible to apply to join a workshop once the maximum number of participants has been reached.
Furthermore, we also ask that you only take as many numbered tickets that you need, so that as many guests as possible will be able to join the workshops.
Can small children also join the workshops?
We kindly request that children under the age of 6 are accompanied by guests who are older than 12.
Please also note that also some workshops that are held for a limited period of time may have different age restrictions.
I only want my children to join a workshop, but do accompanying parents also need numbered tickets, and do they have to pay any fees?
About numbered tickets
Accompanying guests will also require numbered tickets (the FOOD factory workshop “My U.F.O. Factory” is the only one for which they are not needed.)
When numbered tickets are issued, you can also enter the number of guests who will accompany children, so please do not forget to enter this. Guests who do not have a numbered ticket will have to observe from the area around the workshop space. Also, please be aware that there are workshops where the number of accompanying guests is limited (such as one accompanying guest per participant.)
About fees
Accompanying guests who do not participate in a workshop do not have to pay any fees.
Fees will only be charged to guests who participate in a workshop and actually have a hands-on experience making something.
