Over 20 colorful varieties of freshly made Namagashi (highly perishable confectionary) line the display showcase. Paying special attention to not only its sweetness, but also its acidity, bitterness, food texture, aromatic balance and the beautiful precision of its manufacture are its characteristics.
The Yakigashi (baked confectionary) section is lined with the Chef’s specialty items such as Financier, Madeleine, Sablé and Macarron.

As there is an area to eat in, one can enjoy delicious sweets in a comfortable atmosphere with a tastefully decorated interior.
