Tonchinkan

The restaurant “Tonchinkan”, popular for Hiroshima Prefecture’s local “Onomichi ramen”, has been introduced many times on television and in magazines.
Its feature is the deep-flavored soup using Onomichi’s delicious spring water, pork bone, chicken carcass, vegetables and kelp. The ramen has a large impact with not only Chashu (braised pork belly) topping, but also plenty of large pieces of back fat! The noodles are thin, slick and delicious. You can choose from three Onomichi ramen sizes, and you will have a full stomach without a doubt, as the Omori (large) serving is huge.

There are rice dishes such as Chahan (fried rice), and a rich variety of Chuka Ryori side dishes are also available. Set menu dishes with various combinations of dishes, such as a Ramen set menu and Chahan set menu, are good value.
